Qualifications
- Dynamic professional that is solutions-oriented and has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing and deadlines are met
- Forward-thinking when it comes to client’s ability to grow/maintain competitive advantage
- Growth-focused individual that doesn’t accept the status quo for themselves, Hanlon, or the client
- Organized and demonstrates excellent time management and follow-through skills
- Uses agency tools and processes to manage projects to an on-time and on-budget completion and to support the information needs of agency management
- Proficient in Google Suite, virtual project management platforms (Basecamp, Teamwork, Asana, etc.),
- Has a solid understanding of Google Analytics and Google Adwords, search engine optimization tactics, and remarketing efforts
- Prepares accurate and timely internal communication: creative briefs, job starters, change orders, media plan requests, buy authorizations, timelines, and estimates
- Review monthly billing for accuracy and completeness in accordance with the Accounting calendar
- Has a minimum 3-5 years agency experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required
