The Please Touch Museum’s purpose is to change a child’s life as they discover the power of learning through play. With two full floors of fun and engaging exhibits, children are empowered to pursue their curiosity and explore the wonder within their own imaginations.
Through a series of brand workshops we uncovered the museum’s stakeholders felt their website was unintuitive, difficult to navigate, and overly complicated forms were resulting in low conversion rates. Content was difficult to locate causing frustration among visitors who flooded the phone lines for information. For an organization that champions playful learning experiences, their website was lacking the user friendliness one would expect.
With a complete rewrite, restructure, redesign, and redevelopment of their site we were able to elevate the online user experience up to the level of the in person experience. Completely responsive and optimized, the new site is easier to find, easier to navigate, and easier to update. Bounce rates plummeted as engagement and membership sales took off.
